I haven't updated this journal in almost a year. That's crazy. Anyway, I went to Anime North this weekend. It was my first con and I loved it. I saw so many awesome cosplays and the Artist's Alley and Dealers Room were really neat, even if there were a crazy amount of people. I got some stuff there as well: - A T-shirt from carson-drew-it.com. It's got toast going into a toaster and "dying". Holy crap, I haven't actually written anything substantial here in a long time. Just thought I'd update on just what's going on in my life. Well, I'll start with something art related. My comic I did for my computer art class got chosen for Adobe Youth Voices 2011, which is a project that Adobe initiated to showcase some of the brilliant art done by youth of course using their software. Anyway, my computer art teacher really liked my comic and  he submitted it to the Adobe Youth Voices program and they selected it for their showcase in my city. So I got to go to this sort of art showcase and see some really great art by some youth artists. I
